At ASTROLOGY LAB, we strive to provide high-quality spiritual accessories. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

You received a damaged product
You received the wrong product
The product is missing items or defective

To be eligible for a return:

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
You must provide an unboxing video/photo proof
Product must be unused and in original packaging

Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of spiritual products, we do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Personal belief or result expectations
Size issues (if product size already mentioned)
Minor color difference due to screen display
Used or damaged products by customer

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Refund processing time: 1-2 working days

For COD orders:

Refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the mistake is from our side.

4. Replacement Policy

If eligible, we may offer:

Replacement of the same product
Store credit (if replacement not available)

Replacement will be shipped after return verification.

5. Return Shipping

If the error is from our side:
✔ We will arrange pickup or reimburse shipping cost

If return is requested for other valid reasons:
✔ Customer may need to send the product back

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

ASTROLOGY LAB reserves the right to cancel:

Unverified COD orders
Suspicious or fake orders
